www.wowhead.com/news=245320/guide-to-highmaul-raid-follower-missionsA bit or information and a bit of a guide for the high level missions which grant raid loot as a reward. Worth a read if you want to put yourself into the best position to successfully complete these missions as well as info on when you start getting them and how to get the reward gear ilvl to increase. See update 3 posts below.....So it looks like the Master Plan Garrison Mission Manager (thanks leo!) add-on has had some updates to help people work out who to increase the ilvl of if they want the best chance of getting the raid gear from 645 missions. There is now a tab that comes with the add-on called "Missions of interest". This has shown me three followers for each of the four missions that should be worked on to optimise the mission success. As you can hopefully see, AHM (first follower on second line) is shaded red as his ilvl is not currently 645. I'll be working on him so he's "ready to raid" when the time comes. I also notice that the success rate of the third line is possibly 95% not 100% so there is more than likely a "good enough" setting in the add-on. You should be able to see if you're risking a success rate of not 100% as one of the abilities is not being counteracted, this is shown for me with a red (instead of green) border around the Magic Debuff icon on the third line. I've worked out that if I level up two different followers I'll be able to get that one to 100% as well, however this is a later objective after I level up AHM. Hope this helps. Eie

OK, after scratching my head, it appears the Missions of Interest Tab comes from Master Plan, and only with the latest versions.

Thanks Leo! My bad, I knew I should have not assumed which add-on it was.

The add-on only shows you the "optimal" group as your followers currently exist, not what you need to do to get 100%....
Ooops.
