War Machine needs a Thumbnail image template for our YouTube videos that I'm posting on http//www.youtube.com/MrHeroicLeap

Here is what I think we need:

• Something that illustrates what WM is all about with a simple background that won't detract from the titles.
  
• The template needs to leave room for the video title, so the template text should be confined to 1/3rd of the thumbnail
  
• Needs to be at least 1280x720 and 16:9 aspect ratio
  
• Final file size needs to be less than 2mb
  
• Image cannot contain any copyrighted images (wow screenies are fine) or the youtube god's will smite you from above.

After consulting with the guild leadership, an image will be selected and used in our youtube videos.

Additionally to this, I have plans around a new guild website with some fancy new features, but I'm no designer so if people have ideas for a full WM rebranding, let me have 'em.
