Arena/PVP (for those who pvp):
How often do you pvp? Occasionaly, but almost none since Pandaria
What's your arena ranking? none to speak of
What's your pvp gear like? Entry level for current expansion--basically full set of 463 stuff
What is your current (or last) guild? Dark Tremor
What are the circumstances of your leaving? It's a very nice place but it is rather quiet there and gets lonely sometimes.
Which other guilds have you played with on the server (please be thorough) =)? I think I briefly was a member of a small guild about 4 years ago, but honestly I don't remember the name.
What are your "turn-offs" as far as guilds are concerned? Excessive competitiveness, aggressive blame-trading, clique battles, and anything that damages a collegial atmosphere.
There are many guilds on the server... what brought you to War Machine?
I learned about War Machine through my long-time Dark Tremor guildmate Tulbor/Tulshifta, who speaks highly of the pleasant, collegial atmosphere. I have had the pleasure of occasionally joining in on War Machine raids and dungeon trips, and I liked the way they were conducted--with clear determination to make progress by helping everyone play as well as possible, and with patience and good humour whenever things went wrong. War Machine's engagement in raiding and progression would give me a chance to explore an aspect of WoW that is relatively new to me, while the guild's attitude to participation is flexible enough that I hope it can tolerate me and my awkward time zone. Reading through the guild's "who we are" materials, I feel War Marchine is a place I would like to be.
What do you feel you provide that makes you a good member?
I enjoy playing WoW in a collegial atmosphere. I am ready and willing to help out others whenever I am able, with answers to questions, advice, assistance in doing/finding things in game, and so on. I believe that part of the fun of WoW is playing my characters as well as I can, so I am happy to learn if I am doing something wrong. I am also quite patient. In addition, I enjoy the sense of humour that I have seen exhibited on the occasions when I have joined War Machine activities. To conclude, I think I can contribute to an atmosphere where the fun of playing comes from exploring and mastering the game while enjoying the company of one's fellow players.
