Many other boards I visit have one of these and I thought it would be neat to start our own. While it's mainly just for fun, sometimes there can be a benefit to sharing how you have your user interface set up. Other people can get ideas for tweaking their own and also gain some insight into useful addons. It can actually improve efficiency, gameplay and performance.
I'm at work now, but leter on this evening I will take a screenshot of my UI and post it here, along wish a list of addons I use. But don't feel the need to wait for me!
Show me you UI!

I use XPerl for frames, Bartender4 for action bars, Chinchilla for map, LuckyCharms2.3 for marking, Decursive for debuffs, Omen for threat meter and Pallypower for buffs. My raid frames occupy the large space in the lower right corner of the UI when I'm in a raid.

This is my normal Raiding UI setup at present. As a healer I need visibility of the whole group so I display all raid frames. On my DeathKnight I just disable this as I don't need it. X-perl for frames, Parrot - floating combat text (none visible here), Omen for threat, Bartender4 for bars, Pallypower for buffs and ArkInventory for bags (not visible here) I also separate my chat windows, bottom one with the input box is General/Trade/Messages, next up is Guild/Officer and top is "Random chat channels". This way I can see multiple conversation points.

Gb...might I suggest as RL, you download the addon LuckyCharms or something similar (TargetCharms, etc). This addon makes marking targets easy, especially on the fly. Also has built in ready checks utility.
I use it when tanking when I notice the raid needs to focus fire better. I can switch skull to my target with minimal effort, etc.

I used to use magic marker for that exact purpose.
However, in the interests of delegating some of the work of raid leading, I prefer to let the tanks mark their targets themselves (with input from me on first target etc). Generally I give them assist for this purpose - letting them mark the targets they are hitting is always going to be quicker than me reacting to it, marking it and then having the tanks move there.
Happy to consider other opinions on that - personally I use Ora2 and mark each of the tanks at the start of the run. You can't see it on the pictures above but it pulls up a box with the name of each tank, their target and their targets target. It also shows if that target is marked with a raid symbol (and what that is). You can click target off the frame
The advantage of this is that I can monitor the health of most of the mobs in the pull and see what tank has what. It also synergizes with healbot (and lists all the tanks at the top).

Well, while I was raiding at 70 with my pally, I used basically a vanilla interface setup. I had Quartz, PallyPower, Healbot (which I barely used), Omen, DBM, Recount, TitanPanel. You can kind of see underneath the Social panel, I dragged out the frames for the opposite group in 10 mans. In 25 mans, I'd pull out tanks and other people of interest and use Healbot for raid healing. And yes, that's right - silk was a pain in the arse back then too... Now I've decided to dabble in UI mods, I started using SpartanUI. I'm not sure if I like it yet. Cast bar is Quartz, health meters either side of my toon is Underhood. Also there are Recount and Omen and Spartan uses Bartender for action bars. I also use QuestHelper for questing and as you can see by the text - something, somewhere is broken...

My Pally at the moment. I'm never happy with the way my screen looks, but this is more or less how it's been for the last year or so. A combination of FuBar, Spartan, AgUnit Frames, Omen, Recount, Pally Power, and Carbonite.

Dominos for bars, I tolerate xpearl the most, Satrina's Digits for rage and health in centre of screen, MikScrollingBattleText for cooldowns and proc abilty warnings, CBH Viewport for the cinematic look, recount, omen, cartographer, quartz, DBM, bagon, outfitter and Bejeweled for raiding ;D. [/img] Don't try spartanui if you don't have a nice monitor. I'm messing about with my bars and bindings.

This is flame's UI. It has one or 2 minor graphical issues, but I'm working on it.

Bit of a WIP still. FuBar at the top obviously, with XPBarNone underneath. XPerl for unitframes, Bartender for bars, Elkano's Buffbars for buffs. Then at the bottom there's ElectrofluxTextronator to load the artwork, plus Telnet's UI art pack wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/telnetsui.aspx.

So I finally decided that I don't like SpartanUI. This is now Bartender for bars, X-Perl for frames, SexyMap for minimap all the rest as in my earlier post. Pet frame is wack, I'll have to change that, along with party/raid frames when I start raiding again.

Well, I'm still playing with mine.. especially the buff bars, and constantly tweaking to get it the way I want it, but here's a fairly recent version.

From all the dead you shall rise and all shall despair. Still tweaking it. The diablo looking orbs and general layout is from RothUI. Its not compatible with dominoes or bartender, so key binding is a pain. I use Mike scrolling battle text to tell me when special skills and cool down are on. I keep adjusting the size and position of the font to reduce clutter. May do more so as I wish to see more of the screen. But so far very happy with it. Attachments:
