The goods: www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/download/clients/pc/InstallWoW.exeThis link was originally posted at mmo-champion.org on the 11th. Apparently EU servers *were* able to download the client and trying the US client worked... But after Blizz noticed the spike in traffic, they took it down as it was supposed to be tested only (verified by blue post). For about a day and a half it was down, and I was pissed that I went out and got drunk instead of checking the site early. I started downloading a pc/mac dvd torrent (7gigs) just in case. Wake up this morning (kinda) and check and the updater works! Long story short: Try the updater first, it will check your install for what you do and do not have, therefore much quicker.
If that doesn't work, try the torrent 7gb or so... which is the full pc/mac dvd. www.mininova.org/tor/1997508 (or search for "World of Warcraft - Wrath of the Lich King Release, WOTLK-US DVD.iso.torrent" on google)

Oh and by the way, if you want to download the torrent, you will need a bittorrent client like 'bittyrant' or 'utorrent' (google them if need be.) If you have questions, I'll be around.
Also note: these downloads are not all thats required... after you install the wotlk client... It'll still look to make sure you have downloaded the update patches for version 3.0 - 3.03... so if you've got 'em, dont delete 'em. If not, it'll have to download them after you've installed the client... all you'll lose is time of course.
