We will promoting new Raid Leaders and Class Leaders for all classes. If you'd like to apply/take on the roll... please post your name, or contact an officer (Baddemon, Rasputine).
Raid Leaders should be on for most raids, and have a working knowledge of Kara - SSC. Be able to call the pulls, familiar with cc needed and things of that nature. We still have backups for off nights, and when our leaders need a rest.
Class Leaders should be familiar with gear and specs for the class in question and familiarize themselves with what guildies are in what stage of gearing up, as well as who are most consistent/serious raiders and the like. This of course, will be a work 'in progress' so to speak =).
Let us know!!

Well if Bad is going to step up to officer then I ought to offer to ante up too. I think since joining things have been really positive. Castus and I led the 2nd ZA on Sunday and it convinced me that the guys in this guild are switched on and that we will have a good time raiding together. As a result I would be happy to stick my hand up for Raid Leader (I also know the mage class well enough to be a mage leader if that is preferable). I led No Worries raids in Kara (often) as well as pretty well all of our raids into Gruuls, Mags and ZA for the last 4+ months. I have done a bit of TK (well enough to be able to lead it to Kael I believe). Not much SSC at this point but I am pretty confident I can get it together - I have read all the strats. My attendance at raids is pretty high (I was at pretty much all the No Worries raids since joining in Feb). I have my geared mage and ok geared pally (both of which I have raided on) so I can fill holes fairly easily. Not to sound to much like a lawyer (although I am one ) but I think I would be a real value add as a Raid Leader. I think any of the ex-No Worries guys would back that up. I would also think that the guys that raided ZA on Sunday with us would give positive feedback. I'd be happy to chat through things with any of the officers on vent or in game if you would like.

I'll stick my name into the hat as well...
I led No Worries raids fairly often.
I can also be a Tankadin class leader too...

I'd put my name down for a class leader (Hunters) but between merdyn, ferek, and me we cover all the 3 different specs

I'll stick my hand up for either of raid or class leader, having led my former guilds Kara farming and ZA progression (10 man capable guild) and keeping a working knowledge of paladin class dynamics in all three specs (my respec is at a constant 50g...).
Having put together and led one half of the guild ZA attempt i got to know several of our raiders and intend to know the rest soon, but was impressed enough to think we have a strong shot at harder content... as well as hexlord next time.

If an assistant Mage leader position is available I'll be happy to do that.

Happy to put my hand up for Holy Pally go-to guy, know the mechanics and stats well. I focus on Holy, never re-spec so I know it backwards. I don't know the others as well, leveled as Ret re-spec'd Holy never went back. Tried Prot for a day, meh.
Not really keen on regular Raid Leader role (I do enough organizational stuff in RL) , but would be happy in an assist role, handling loot master, those sorts of things. And helping to explain fights etc. Finding a way to succeed at a fight with minimal deaths is always a fun challenge.

Anyone else? Once the new officers are clear on what we're doing, we'll take this up and make sure people are alerted as to who's doing what =).

Wouldn't mind helping out some fellow guildies with some advise. Especially since we all know that there are a large amount of hunters that really don't know how to cc. Let's let the server know that if you get a hunter from our guild, you're gonna get a good one. I agree with Omelie, between the three of us, we should have everything covered, from trapping to useful macros. On the raid leader side, I have led a few raids in kara, but would rather fill in the position of an assistant than be a raid leader as there are some things that I don't know. hint hint, (all my alts are dps classes).
