Definitely weekends for me, unless we can actually START a run at 8:30ST during the week. I'm pretty flexible most nights but the runs have been starting quite late (11-12pm my time) recently and I really can't commit (very often, anyway) to a staying up to the wee hours of the morning during a work week. That said and done, I've really enjoyed the 25-mans (and ZA, and even the pain that can be Kara) when they've been run

Its the same for me with the 11-12pm start times. I know that we're a casual guild but if people want to raid they really need to put the effort in to be on time and be prepared(I need to work on this one ).

Weekends are better as this leaves the other days for looting badges from Kara or running the timed events in ZA. Monday night would also work for me. I think the problem is that a lot of folks are saying why bother with 25's and end game when the loot and exp will be worthless once WOTLK arrives.
Man id love to get into BT or Sunwell but there seems to be little point. I am just happy to run what the guild wants to run and stay with a bunch of guildies I like so we can race each other to 80 soon.
Regards
Merd

Yea I'd love to see SSC/TK, MH/BT and Sunwell but being realistic I don't think I've got the time right now thats required for those raids. Oh and Merdyn the race is on once WOTLK is released .

I am voting for weekends for running the 25 man raids.
That said, not to be negative or anything, but do we have the numbers for 25 mans at the moment? We have struggled on a few occasions to get 10 for kara, let alone putting together 25...

Voted to weekends. Since my workplace has changed, it is hard to log on before 21:00 server time on weekdays. I am very happy raiding with you, and still eager to come (if I can...).

Some more considerations. Sorry in advance that I write something "ppl need to come more often" while I am being inactive for a long time >_<
Currently weekends(esp. Saturdays) are popular candidate for raiding, but we may need one or two more days.
Active raiders tend to want some advance in their raid experience. It is difficult to ask T5 geared players to ramain farming Gruulz: They want to see more end-game contents, or want to upgrade their gear/skill.
However, we don't have enough ppl to make a raid group for high-lvl raids. That was a reason we lost some good raiders.
If we want to continue raiding in sustainable manner, I think we need to keep more active raiders without making them bored. For that, 1) Help new people upgrade their gear and skill (make ppl more positive toward raiding) 2) Recruit more well geared/skilled players through pugging would be necessary, which needs at least 2 days a week..

Voted for Weekends, simply as it will provide more time to have a decent run at some of the longer 25man runs. I'm good for most nights of the week anyway so not apposed to that either. As for gearing and progression. It can be hard to keep anyone geared beyond a particular raid to keep farming a lower one but it's also important to make sure that everyone else is getting geared up because it just makes your new content all that much easier. I've been geared past SSC/TK longer than I can remember, and while I want to see the inside of TK, BT, Mnt Hyj and Sunwell. I am more than happy to bide my time, build a stronger team using the "farmable" content to learn how everyone else plays together, how they react when something goes wrong and and be able to walk in to new content and know that we're capable as a team of 25, and not just 25 individuals turning up for for some chaotic smack down. Bring on the badges and the phat lewt!

I can raid any night of the week. However, I have small children that need to be put to bed which is at 7 PM (8 PM ST). That being said, i can usually log in around 815/830 ST. However, children being children, they sometimes don't like to go to bed.
9 PM ST is ideal but I realize that may be too late for most folks.

I would also be happy with just about any day. Weekends are usually popular because people have more control over their time and of course our American friends can come out and play.
Maybe weekends for 25 mans and a ZA run during the week? Plus a random kara zerg if people are keen??

I like the 8:30 PM ST for the weekdays. Also might recommend something like a 10:00 AM ST run on Sat/Sun for those who live in the US. One starting a bit later on Saturday night works, like around 10:00 PM ST. It's a bit late, but if we go do a quicker 25 man, Like a quick Gruul's/Mags run, we could get a ton of folks on for some quick 25 man action and include the guys that live in the US! Looking for feedback on this idea.

I like that idea, Monday and Saturday night are the only nights I can currently commit a large amount of time to raiding. However a quick Gruul's/Mag/ZA run on a weekday may finish early enough for me to attend.

I voted weekends. For myself I'm happy to raid most nights excepting Wednesdays which are most likely out for the foreseeable future, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday tend to be the easiest to manage regularly, and get the numbers motivated for. My 0.02$

On a related topic - what were the raiding plans for this weekend?
Personally I was hoping to hit ZA again (tonight?) and maybe see how good our 25 man is?

Weekends would work well, Friday and Sunday atm, wouldn't mind doing somethingin the morning however, as that would probably be around 6pm my time. Right now when you guys raid at 8:30 pm server, that's 3:30am my time and very difficult for me. It can also be frustrating when i get up that early and the raid doesn't start till 4:30am. So if we could get it down pat for times, that would be great, although I do understand that coordinating 25 people can be quite challenging.
