This is just a shout-out to any of the thousands of Lolstrikers in the guild who might be interested in trying out Elemental as a raid spec come WotLK.
Splitting it into three parts: Builds, Rotations and Glyphs.
Builds:
The following build is optimal for level 80 Ele raiding, (Meaning I'm using it )

It can be modified to your preferences, as push-back resistance is no longer the big thing it is with the two hit rule now in play.
The point of this is to maximize (like any dps build) your damage done for mana spent.
Rotations:
This is dependent on having the glyphs listed below, but as of WotLK and the Flameshock/LvB introduction Elemental Shamans no longer are able to spam Lightning Bolt and rotate the occasional Chain Lightning in.
The rotation from The start of any fight to the end is simple:
Flameshock-Elemental Mastery- Chain Lightning-Lava Burst-Lightning Bolt x5-Lava Burst-Flameshock-Lightning Bolt x 6 - Lava Burst - Chain Lightning(Optional) - Flameshock.
Then essentially you can rinse and repeat the rotation from the second Flameshock.
The purpose of that rotation is to take advantage of the new Flameshock Glyph which increases duration by 6 seconds and also prevents it being eaten by the Lava Burst. With this rotation you can guarantee that Elemental Oath will be up from the beginning of the fight to the end, whilst also using the guaranteed Clearcasting to allow a cheap Chain Lightning to be used at the moment of your choice.

Majors:
Glyph of Lightning Bolt ( Reduces Mana Cost by 10%)
Glyph of Flametongue Weapon (increases Spell Crit by 2% whenever Flametongue is active) Glyph of Flameshock ( Increase duration by 6 seconds and prevents Lava Burst from eating the Dot effect)
and for those inscribing Shamans out their,
Glyph of Lava Burst ( Increases spell power coefficient for lava burst by .10)
Minors: At this stage minor glyphs are relatively trivial.
