Hey guys, As you know, we'll all be ditching our uber gear here pretty soon as we level. The good news is, it'll pretty much be a fresh start for everybody. With all the new great things in the different talent trees, there will be some of us who want to change our spec around from what we had been in the past, and maybe even some of us who choose to make one of our alts our new main. The reason I'm posting here is for people to put down what they are thinking they might end up picking as their main and what spec/role they'll plan on going with - just so we can see what we'll have to work with when the first few us start hitting level 80. Also, as I'm sure most of you are aware, the majority of buffs are raid-wide now. This has potential to be EXTREMELY powerful if our raid groups are well designed (i.e. maximizing raid wide buffs). This primarily applies to DPS of course. For those DPS'ers out there, take a look at what your mates of the same class are spec'ing, and if you want, try picking a different spec in order to get that extra buff that our raid will need. Also, if you want you can put down what your buff does/does not stack with and maybe other details of your talent tree, like "Hey guys, I'll take improved blessing of Wisdom," so everyone doesn't spec for it. Just an idea, of course this is nothing mandatory, just a suggestion to make our team more successful!

I plan on dual boxing my Warlock and Shammy to level 80, so I guess either could be my main.
My Shammy will remain resto.
My Warlock is going Demonology spec, for Demonic Pact buff (+spell power). I'll also spec for improved healthstones.

I am tossing up doing the same with my Pally and Mage. How do you have your dual box set-up Bad / Dan / others? Any uber awesome sauce macros? 2 monitors?
As for switching mains / specs since ret has been nerfed down to the ground I imagine I will be holy still on the pally. To be honest, as raid leader I probably have the least flexibility in what I play (since I can hardly ask others to respec / play other toons if I am not willing to do so myself) - I tend to just play what is needed.

I plan on respeccing Castus as some sort of tri-spec, jack-off-all-trades type and making Erevis, my Priest, a holy dps type spec...Castus will actually be my bank toon I think...and my main will be my 25th level NE rogue...because rogues bring a buttlload of group synergy abilities with them!

If all goes well (lvling to atleast 68) my Pally will become my Main. Thinking holy once 80 but willing to do what evers needed at the time.
The huntard will get lvled if i cant hit 68 intime for expansion... Prob staying BM but again willing to respec if needed....

At the moment I really can't decide whether I want Dan or Ado to be my new main, I love raiding as a Mage, however I'd also like to give raiding as a tank/healer a go. As for the question about dualboxing, I use Keyclone www.solidice.com/keyclone/ , costs about $20 but is much easier to setup than any other program I found. I also use two monitors since I have a laptop. Some macros can be found at www.wowwiki.com/Multiboxing_macrosIf anyone has any questions ask me ingame, or I might get round to making a forum post about it.

Leveling I'll no doubt jump about specs now and then depending how I find dpsing as Holy on the way to 80. So far I"m pretty happy with the improvements in dps as Holy so I doubt it will be a hard grind.
My intention is to keep my Pally holy for once I hit 80. Not much of a fan of the other two rolls, these days I simply prefer being Holy/Healer.
Hunter will probably stay as my dailies grinder / gold maker - but spec wise so long as I can get reasonable dps I"m happy with anything. I prefer having my hunter be useful than a stand and shoot toon so I might go back to MM or even give Surv a go.
I also intend on creating a Death Knight - will initially aim to level my existing toons to 80, and look to leveling my DK when I need a break/change. Not sure on what to make my DK but it won't be a tanking play-style, I'll be aiming for dpsing-style.

I will be leveling Azpali as a prot pallidan and will be tanking in LK. I most likely wont have Kings. I will have IMP Sanc and IMP Dev Aura.
Willing to tank anything i can so i get practice. The gear ill be looking for will be mainly tank gear with and off ret set. I dont plan to heal anytime soon

For myself I will probably end up doing what I've always done with Kel, find gear for both prot and ret and see what we need come raiding. Tanking gear will likely be my priority as it is more difficult to obtain the required stats than ret and more important to have said stats, people dont die when the ret pally goes down . I will also certainly be making a DK, but as an alt rather than a main and seeing how I like their tanking style, though at my alt leveling pace he might take a while to be useful... In terms of buffs as prot I will almost certainly have kings and as ret imp might, with a side possibility of kings once I hit 80. My ret build for 80 is still being tossed up on a few points until they settle down with the nurfing.
