Mods and Hardware Requirements:
Discord, headphones and a mic? yes
Deadly Boss Mods / BigWigs? yes
Arena/PVP (for those who pvp):
How often do you pvp? Never
What's your arena ranking?
What is your current or last guild (and on which server if transferring)? Molotov amun thul
What are the circumstances of your leaving (please be thorough)? )? I liked your ethos on inclusitivity. At the moment my current guild doesn't have that. There's 5-8 people who get included in stuff and the rest of us are just included to get our 10 for the week. We have a core in the guild pushing 15+ keys. There are many others who'd be happy to do so but are excluded. Guild chat is rarely used. Runs are organised via pm mostly. Everything I've achieved lately, I've had to do via pugging. Healing sister's (waycrest manor) tyrannical on a 14 was a super proud moment for myself. Sadly we didn't time the key but only missed it by a few minutes. I really do think everyone in my current guild has the ability to push keys. It's just that little bit harder when you lack the experience and confidence. Pugging requires someone to take a chance and accept you for a higher key than you've completed. If that makes sense. If Molotov wanted me to only be shadow. I probably would have handled it a lot better if they were nicer about it. Basically a couple of the people in the exclusive group, I kept getting replaced numerously by their in real life friends. Many didn't stick around, but the last one has. I later learnt this group complained about me and a bunch of other people, quite regularly over discord chats often. No one ever just talked to me. That's what also makes it hard for me, wondering do I really suck or is this just a part of this exclusion thing the guild has going. Sorry I'm typing this from my phone. Hope it makes sense. Tried to be as honest as possible.
Which other guilds have you played with (please be thorough)? I joined one guild during unwell (I think) when Molotov wasn't raiding.
What are your "turn-offs" as far as guilds are concerned? Elitism
There are many guilds on the server... what brought you to War Machine?
I liked your message on the watercraft forums about insensitivity
What do you feel you provide that makes you a good member?
I read strats, watch videos, know my class well. I always enchant and gem my gear. Happy to share resources (like cauldron and enchanting materials).
